If you haven't clicked-off yet you must be a Batman fan like me and, no doubt, you'll have those famous words ingrained in to your memory too. Even after nearly 40 years they still bring the same excitement for me now as they did in the 60s.

Many people – including myself – have asked why I still have such an interest in Batman. The only answer I can give is this: of all the 'super heroes' in the comics I enjoyed then (and now) Batman is the one who fought against crime and evil but did not have super-powers like Superman and Spider-Man. He's a normal guy (albeit rich) fighting for good, without using guns. And of course he has the best toys in the business, and most significantly – THE BATMOBILE!

Well, now I'm older I have cool batman toys too – and toy BATMOBILES!!!

It's wierd how most of us have had to wait to get old before we could afford all the toys we really wanted as kids. There were lots to be had in the 60s but I can really only remember my Corgi Batmobile and Batboat, a few figures and some props. Now of course there are many more toys to be had for all the incarnations of Batman there have been. But for me the 60s is still the golden age and the Batmobile created by George Barris is still the best.

You may know me, my hobby and my work already – if not, I am a keen collector of Batmobile toys, old and new – I am also a pretty good model-maker/renovator/customiser – but I also produce Bat graphic illustrations as a hobby. I have sold a few on ebay and been asked many times about availability, so now I am trying to make some of the artworks that I have created available to you too – assuming you share my passion for Bamobiles. My illustrations take inspirations from comics, toys, TV and movies – but they are all originals – not scans.

Within this site there are some of my Batmobiles, Batcaves, Gotham City backgrounds and boxes on offer. Please remember though, this is my hobby, I'm not a business and my output is limited. But you'll see from my ebay profile that all my dealings are honest and friendly.

I'm also happy to hear from any other Batmobile fans around the world.
